As a dedicated mental health counselor, I am committed to creating a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients. I believe in the power of therapy to promote healing, growth, and self-discovery. My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
EXPERIENCE
With over 10 years of experience in the field, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations facing a wide range of mental health concerns. I have honed my skills in providing counseling for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Every client I meet enriches my understanding of the human experience.
EDUCATION
- I hold a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Mercy University in NY where I received comprehensive training in evidence-based therapeutic techniques. I hold a basic certification Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Hypnotherapy from the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis (ASCH).
SPECIALTIES
- My practice provides support for adults navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and the impact of stress and trauma. I have a particular interest in working with individuals dealing with moods disorders and I have pursued specialized training in Hypnotherapy, and ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy). I also offer immigration evaluations.
Services
Service rates for ART and Hypnotherapy: $175. Immigration evaluation costs vary. I do not accept insurance.
ART
Accelerated Resolution Therapy is a brief form of therapy lasting one to at most five visits
Hypnotherapy
To help increase relaxation and improve focus and concentration. Individuals with mood disorders including anxiety will benefit from Hypnotherapy.
Immigration Evaluations
Clients who need this evaluation must be referred by an immigration lawyer.
